Returns Policy
ALL SPORTEK DIGITAL PRINTS ARE MADE AND SUPPLIED TO ORDER. Please
select carefully. Refunds or Replacements can NOT be made in the case of
incorrect ordering.
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
may apply to the licensed Photographic Works provided by the Photographer if
the Client acquires those licensed Photographic Works for personal, domestic or
household use or consumption. If this Act applies, nothing in these Terms will
limit or exclude the Client’s rights under this Act.
Damage in Transit
All orders are carefully checked and packed to ensure they leave our
premises in the best condition. If you note damage to the packaging or to the
product as a result of shipping handling, please contact us immediately. The
Terms and Conditions of our Carriers (Courier Post, or NZ Post) will apply.
Spellings & Accuracy of information contained
Farrelly Photos Ltd goes to all reasonable lengths to ensure that
spellings of names and other details being printed in your team photo are
correct. We are, however, dependent upon information supplied to us. As such we
will not replace product supplied with errors from this source. If we have made
an error, we will do our best to either repair or replace your photo to our
discretion on a back-to-base basis.
If you note an error or omission in one of our Team Photos, we encourage
you to email us with the
correction. Our files will then be updated for any future orders of the Photo.
Archival Permanence (fading and other colour shifts)
Please note that all coloured printed material will fade or otherwise
deteriorate over time. Prolonged exposure to UV and other natural causes will
accelerate deterioration. We recommend that all photographs are stored flat (i.e.,
not folded nor rolled) in a dark, dry and cool place when not in use.
SPORTEK products are warranted by Farrelly Photos Ltd for a period of TEN
YEARS from date of purchase against significant fading or other colour shift.
If within ten years of purchase, we will, at the sole discretion of Farrelly
Photos Ltd, either replace or repair your product on a back-to-base basis
without charge (packaging & delivery costs may apply).
Product Failure
If you believe that your product has failed for any reason, please contact us. We will, at the
sole discretion of Farrelly Photos Ltd, either replace or repair your product
on a back-to-base basis. Please note that charges may apply.
