Copyright

  • Farrelly Photos Ltd does not sell nor assign Copyright in its Photographs. Purchase of a SPORTEK or other print, is for personal display purposes only. No further Reproduction (copying, duplication, nor publication, in full nor in part) is permitted.
  • All images are permanently archived by Farrelly Photos Ltd, and we can produce image-files specifically for Reproduction direct from the original files and specifically Licence reprinting rights, if requested.
  • If you have need of an image for Reproduction, please contact us. We are happy to licence images for publication and other uses for a charge relative to the extent of the anticipated usage. If for publication, we can often offset all or part charges against Advertising, and are happy to talk to your printer or publisher on your behalf about this.

  • Farrelly Photos also retains all Moral Rights in the photographs and derivatives (in part or in whole), particularly the Right to be Attributed as the Author.


Spellings & Accuracy of information contained

  • Farrelly Photos Ltd goes to all reasonable lengths to ensure that spellings of names and other details being printed in your team photo are correct. We are, however, dependent upon information supplied to us. As such we will not replace product supplied with errors from this source. If we have made an error, we will do our best to either repair or replace your photo to our discretion on a back-to-base basis.
  • If you note an error or omission in one of our Team Photos, we encourage you to email us with the correction. Our files will then be updated for any future orders of the Photo


Archival Permanence (fading and other colour shifts)

  • SPORTEK product are warranted by Farrelly Photos Ltd for a period of TEN YEARS from date of purchase against significant fading or other colour shift.
  • Please note that all coloured printed material will fade or otherwise deteriorate over time. Prolonged exposure to UV and other natural causes will accelerate deterioration. We recommend that all photographs are stored flat (i.e., not folded nor rolled) in a dark, dry and cool place when not in use.
  • If you believe that your product has significantly failed for any reason, please contact us. We will, at the sole discretion of Farrelly Photos Ltd, either replace or repair your product on a back-to-base basis. If within ten years of purchase, this repair or replacement shall be without charge (packaging & delivery costs may apply).
     

Use of your Likeness

  • Images displayed contain the likeness of many individuals who have individual Privacy Rights that we respect. Farrelly Photos is not a “collecting agency”. Images are displayed for the purposes of illustration only which we believe does not amount to a breach of Privacy. If you reasonably object to any image of yourself, or on behalf of a minor you are Legal Guardian for, being displayed, please contact Us
     

Brand & Trademark

  • Sportek is a brand of Farrelly Photos Limited, and the Sportek brand name and Sportek ‘kiwi’ logo are trademarks. The name Sportek, the terms Sportek Digital (being the process) and Sportek Digital Print (being the Product); nor the Sportek ‘kiwi’ Logo may not be used in any other association, either jointly nor severally.
